General terms & conditions

There is no minimum purchase, however deliveries with a goods ordered value under £50 incur a £3.50 postage & packing surcharge.

All prices include VAT @ 17.5%. All payments are made in GBP pound sterling.

Payment must be received before goods are despatched.

All products on this web site are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Amazing Emu Oil until payment is received in full.

In the unlikely event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund at your choice. If we cannot contact you in time to meet our delivery goal, we reserve the right to effect suitable replacements.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current, however we provide this website and its contents on an "as is" basis and we make no (and expressly disclaim all) representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website and its contents. We also reserve the right to change price and availability information without notice.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Availability

Our products are only available for sales / purchase in the United Kingdom & Ireland.

Delivery

We will usually send your order within 2 days of receipt unless you tell us otherwise. It will be sent by First Class Post to any address in the U.K. We are unable to deliver elsewhere. We will confirm your order by e-mail within 48 hours of your order. Deliveries with a goods ordered value under £50 incur a £3.50 postage & packing surcharge. There is also an option of a guaranteed 2 working day courier delivery on orders placed by midday for an extra £5.00 regardless of order size.

Our Guarantee Policy

We guarantee that your product choices are of the finest quality and have been packed especially for you, in a way that should ensure their arrival in perfect condition. Unfortunately, and very infrequently, some Postal services will lose or damage things. If this happens, please contact us and we will replace or make a full refund.

Our Security & Privacy Policy

We do not keep any data other than the information submitted with your order, which we may use internally for analysis purposes and contacting you with promotions we feel may be of interest to you based on your previous orders from us.

We will NOT pass any address or personal information to anybody else.

We will e-mail you to confirm your order (if we have an email address) and if we have a problem with something to do with your order we will contact you by telephone or email.

Payment: when you give your card details over the telephone all of your details are securely held and these details are only used for the purchase made.

Our policy for the secure on-line purchasing will include the above policies, as appropriate, and, in addition: -

When you give your credit card details, a secure server will handle all the credit card transaction details. We will not record these details.

You will be able to try out the site with no fear of being charged or leaving your details somewhere insecure. Using the "Back" button, or moving to another site will cancel all the entries you have made. Only when you proceed to the checkout and submit details will any information be sent to us.
